What we collect

• Your WhatsApp number or WhatsApp user ID, and the name on your WhatsApp profile.
• What you send about a job: your words, photos, videos and voice notes.
• The job's area (postal prefix or town). Your street address only when you book a pro.
• Your address for next time, only if you say yes after a booking. It is kept until you send forget address, or 12 months after you last use it, and it is never shown to anyone else.
• What happens with the job: offers, your choice, follow-up and rating.
• A log of our messages with you, so we can fix problems. Message contents are erased after 90 days, or straight away if you ask.

Who sees what

• Pros we invite see the job description, photos, voice notes and the area, and your answers to pros' questions about the job, not your address or number.
• Only the pro you choose gets your street address, first name and phone number, after you confirm the booking.
• Our small operations team can see jobs to help when something goes wrong.

Where it is kept

Job records are stored with our hosting and database providers, which may store data outside Canada. Photos and voice notes stay on WhatsApp's servers and are passed on to invited pros through WhatsApp.

We use an AI service (Groq) to check that a request fits the service you picked. It sees only the words you wrote about the job, never your number or address. It doesn't use them for training and keeps them at most 30 days for error and abuse checks.

Your choices

• Send STOP and we won't message you unless you write first. START turns messages back on.
• Send forget address to remove a saved address.
• Send delete my data to erase your requests, address and messages with us.
• Ask us what we hold about you at any time.

We follow Canada's private-sector privacy law (PIPEDA).
